Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays).

All orders come with FREE delivery within Australia, arriving within 2-5 business days with tracking included.
International orders come with FREE tracked delivery, arriving within 3-5 business days. International orders may require signature on delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Business Days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Stated delivery times are estimates only. Delivery may take longer to remote locations and during public holidays.
We endeavour to supply our products to all countries around the world from our dedicated regional headquarters. However, due to strict customs clearances, certain countries may impose limitations or require licences, permits or documentation to import KIATA cosmetic products.
KIATA will not be liable for any additional or unforeseen import taxes or fees and these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, due to customs declaration requirements for international orders we cannot mark orders as a ‘gift’ as the contents and value of the parcel will need to be provided on the outside of the packaging.
Please double check your personal information before placing an order. KIATA will not be liable for missing or incorrect orders due to improper delivery or contact information completed during the order process. It is the customers responsibility to double check all information before finalising the order.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to let us know as soon as you receive your products.
We will endeavour to replace or refund any products deemed to be in poor or unsatisfactory condition.
‘Change of Mind’ returns must fulfil the below criteria:
- Products must be unopened and in unused condition, in their original packaging.
- KIATA must be contacted within 14 business days upon receipt of the order.
- Products must be returned with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
Please contact us before returning any products providing your contact information, order number and reason for return to ensure compliance with the above conditions. We will then be able to advise you where to return your order to (the address may be different to our head office).
When returning an order, please ensure you carefully package any products to avoid damage during transit. We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as KIATA will not be liable for any damage or loss caused during transit. Please retain proof of postage from your courier of choice.
Please allow at least 14 working days from date of return for refunds to be processed or replacement products to be dispatched.
